Australian Parcel Box - Parcel Box, Letter Box Online

Very happy with my parcel box from this company. It is good quality, works the way they say it does so I haven't had to take time off work to go to the post office to collect undelivered parcels.Best of all it looks really good in front of my house and matches the facade. I see other parcel boxes that look like old filing cabinets!

After much deliberation and comparison of different parcel box brands (i.e Milkcan, Deliver-Eze), I decided to go ahead and purchase the Australian Parcel Box 'Jo-ebox'. I requested a rendered finish, timeless grey paint, and for it to be delivered pre-assembled.Unfortunately, it arrived with an accumulation of the grit render in the worst spot it could be - a strip of it, front and centre. It's very obvious. For $550 ($700 incl shipping), this is simply not good enough - indicating a lack of attention to detail, pride in their product, and quality control. The paint job is also not great, with the original cream colour showing around the rear door. It would not have been difficult to paint the door edges so this isn’t visible. All in all, it just seemed like a shoddy and hurried job.The response I received from the company was also unsatisfactory. No apology or real concern that their product wasn't up to standard. Just a suggestion to paint another strip of grit over the top, or obscure the flaw with street numbers. No, it will not be obscured by street numbers. And I paid for you to supply me with a finished product to a quality standard, not one that I have to re-grit and re-paint. I'm disappointed by the product, and by the response.Not a good experience. I wish I bought from a different company.Addit: The photos (and the response) speak for themselves, but I'll point out that all other surfaces have been covered evenly. The same care and attention, if not more, should be taken with the most visible, front-facing surface. Street numbers will not '90%' cover this. What a dismissive and condescending response.

I am super happy with my new Australian Parcel Box! It arrived very quickly and was incredibly well boxed. It was a very easy install and looks very flash at my front gate. Thank you Australian Parcel Box! 10 out of 10!

Received an Australian parcel box as a birthday gift from my daughter and I cannot say enough about the quality. The box is solid and looks exactly like a pillar. I am very particular about the visual appearance at the entrance to my home. My postman has been very helpful since I had it installed and even delivers parcels requiring a signature. God Bless him.
