Great service - everytime. Todd went out of his way to squeeze me in for a quick mod to our Ranger. Previously they fitted a Redarc brake controller and Anderson plug to the Ranger, great workmanship and they cleaned up after the job was complete

I needed my aircon fixed reasonably quickly. They repaired it within a few days in a large professional workshop. Great guys on the desk including Todd and Pat. Recently had two new batteries fitted into my motorhome. Todd was very helpful with good advice. As I was travelling through heading north he fitted me in within a few days. Very happy with the work done.

Finally since travelling up from Melbourne our charging woes have been solved. From the first phone call Todd instilled in me confidence that he knew everything about 12v both in the car and the caravan. He knew how all the modules function and throughout the whole process was able to articulate every problem in a way that I could understand. The guys out back were super friendly and also made sure that every cable was perfectly placed. To me the cabling looks like a work of art. They had to fix mistakes from both the caravan manufacturer (large Australian distributor) and the previous auto electricians that I had used. They properly understand smart alternators too! If we had a Bright Spark back in Victoria I would use them exclusively. What really stood out was that they didn't want to finish before being absolutely certain all the problems were solved. It shows they care deeply about their customers!

I came in to pick up some cable and accessories for my DC to DC charger, the service and advice given was exceptional and the prices were better than anyone else in the area. They know their products well!! Thanks guys, I will be returning again soon!!

Hi, just had the acrylic solar panels replaced with glass panels on our Zone 21'6 caravan. Bright Spark did an amazing job. We went from getting 14 amps in on a good day with the acrylic panels to to 56 amps in after the upgrade. They also did a couple of repairs to our tow vehicle. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to anyone wanting AE repairs, instals or upgrades done. These guys know what they are doing
