I did have very bad experiences with this estate agent and this bad experiences were discussed but nothing improve! Wish it was!Examples: ignored emails or return phone calls (Only good at the start, however, once you signed up with them….treatment will be completely different). If they happened to reply to my email, it has to be on a new or separate email, not reply via original one, so that tracing would be difficult. Further, can not remember I’ve seen any condition report for my property during my time were there, even when “asked” for one! As a result, my house was in a messed up and trashed by tenants. Whether, agent not checked the house regularly or they checked but not telling landlord!??Rent payment, on a couple of occasions, late by about 1-2 weeks and sometimes, I had to chase up.They could’ve done better!

Friendly؜ and professional.The Bowman's team have been managing both our properties now for 10yrs. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy and we are very happy that they are our managing agent. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to help manage your investment assets.

Wonderful, supportive agency. Highly recommend.It has been an absolute pleasure renting through Jenna at B&G. She happily did a virtual tour of the rental for us prior to starting the lease since it was very difficult for either my husband or myself to be there in person (due to where we were relocating from on the coast). Jenna has been consistently approachable with queries throughout the tenancy period. We are disappointed to not be having her as our property manager again for our next move but have already expressed that we would love to buy a property from her in the future due to our positive experience. And thank the lord I did.Jenna, Michelle and Maxine have been absolute life savers for me. Over the past few months, I've had major renovations happening across two of my units and they've been so supportive in coordinating getting the work done. As of two weeks ago, one of them got rented to these two wonderful ladies, which has helped so much from a cash flow perspective.They're kind, intelligent and have great communication skills which has made this rather stressful process, less so. Fantastic supportive agency. Highly recommended. Jenna at B&G was very professional. I found her to be pleasant and very easy to work with. As I was moving from Sydney due to job relocation and had not been able to inspect the property face to face, Jenna arranged for an online inspection which also made the whole moving process very smoothy. She was able to provide timely information and answer any questions I had. The property itself is very lovely and the full home furnishings just need to be picked up to move in is what made me feel very at home in Griffith right away.
