I called up after ordering on-line whilst at work, and needing the books urgently, only one wasnt there and is available later on in the week, and within an hr I was able to pickup and pay, all too easy and helped me out alot! Great Service Georgia at Lamont Books, Cheers Yvonne and Many Thanks.

What an amazing experience. My son has had to change schools 3 weeks in to term 1. I placed my order on line and then followed up with a phone call to request if possible that my order be processed promptly as I didn't want my son getting bullied for having no books. I wasn't promised anything when I rang, but I did receive an email exactly one hour after I placed my order to say that it was packed and being despatched today.Thank you for taking special consideration to our needs - I cant thank you enough!!!!!

Was incredibly frustrated to find that books could not be bought over the counter. There was absolutely no warning on the website, so we drove all the way into the store only to be told to place an online order which would be delivered to our home in a week's time. Incredibly disappointed.

Prompt pick up for pre-purchased order once I was finally noticed by staff. I would prefer that if a business is going to package different orders in the same box that there be a way to easily distinguish at a glance which item is for which order rather than the haphazard mixed up jumble I received in my box. I dread what it will be like when I have to add yet another booklist order to the mix in a couple years.

I always order my children's school books through Lamont and find it so easy to do - fast delivery and never any issues with receiving the text books. I recently had an issue with a reactivation code and although it had nothing to do with Lamont themselves, Kate went above and beyond to contact Cambridge on our behalf and within 30 minutes, she had our issues fixed up. I am totally blown away by her customer service - she didn't have to do a thing to help us - but she did. Thanks Kate and the Lamont Team.
