Usually catch this bus and they are awesome. I pay $1.60 usually for the student pass but today the charged $2.10 and didn’t even go down my street so I had to walk up to the next stop thinking I missed it but I did not. Then proceeded to sit on the bus as we stayed in the same spot for around 15 minutes. Bus driver was very rude. Just for reference it was bud 324 and I was suppose to get on at 10:41 but I got on at 10:51 bc that’s when the bus got there and we didn’t leave that spot till 11.

Bus stops indicated by both Apple Maps and Google Maps do not exist. Waiting at the indicated bus stopped, waved at the bus when it came, and the bus driver shrugged and did not stop.

The most incompetent, unprofessional, rude and arrogant drivers in the state. Especially the one who drove a bus into my stationary car and then proceeded to be patronising and rude. This company has a terrible local reputation for the general inability of their drivers to understand not only the basics of good driving, but also the need for professional conduct when dealing with the people who pay their wages. I was compelled to allocate a star for this review in order to post it. If I could, I would give them nothing that could be construed as even remotely positive!

Thanks to the bus drivers on 322 Lighthouse Beach bus! You went over and beyond in helping us and others on the way into and out of Port Macquarie! We’ll done! We saw a bus driver wait for a lady who had forgotten something (we were right outside her house), another one patiently waiting for a mum and her 2 children, and one who stopped and explained to us how to get to the beachfront! Thanks so much.
