You call to ask how much a service will be and then you verify the cost when you enter the store to which they confirm. After doing the work they apologise for making an error and want to charge extra for the service. It is not about the money but the principle. They expected me to pay more than I was quoted, which I did but that is bad customer service. At least honour the price you quote someone for the visit and then put your price up next time. Won't be returning!

I’ve been a long time customer of Jenny and Remon, and they’ve just moved to a new bright and modern shop near Woolworths and Aldi. The place looks brilliant and pricing is very reasonable. Well done!
