I broke down about 25 km out of town earlier this week and just wanted to say thanks to Aaron the tow truck driver that was sent out to bring me into town through the RACV. Fantastic service

They are the local RACV contractor and towed my car 5 times in 5 years for the same problem with ignition and starter motor. Gave me option of $2500 for new steering column and constant repairs (3 times) of existing ignition (which only kicks the can down the road) but they failed to mention an aftermarket part which is widely used for this problem and could have been used 4 years ago. I ended up having this part put in by another mechanic.after doing some research.. Now they are claiming they could not mention it for legal reasons, hahahaha..They are also ripping off RACV and their members by cars having to be towed this often , especially since they generally have a piecemeal approach and only fix one problem at a time.Now they charged me $250 for a original ford starter motor which is listed for $180 online. Feel free to use this place if you want to have endless drama and be ripped off. Good riddance.

My mate had his car towed to their shop as part of RACV Insurance, he had a Ford AU Falcon. He needed a new Gearbox which my mate supplied and the shop wanted to charge 5 hrs of labour for a 3 hour job then parts were going missing off his car including a rare factory spoiler that was ripped off the back windscreen and damaged the car in the process. They denied it and told him there's no proof. Rude and arrogant so my mate had to organise to have the car picked up and took it elsewhere. Do not use these people to fix your car...

We very recently had body repair work done on our vehicle here (RACV insurance). The service seemed professional and the workmanship of good quality. A bit surprised with some of the disparaging comments in the reviews.

Got my car towed with these guys, all 6 CDs from my stacker were stolen. Stay away!! If you must use them, take ALL valuables out of your car!

I found the people there very good. I had flat battery and the mechanic didn't want to sell me a battery until he was certain that was the problem. Very friendly, helpful and highly recommend them .
