Great Place to exercise & work out .Staff are Super Super Friendly.Staff are there during office hours to meet & assist you .What I really like unlike other fitness centres is it is 24 hours while others fitness centers you will not be able to exercise if their office is closed.Located in Chatswood along the highway & very near the Chatswood train station.Its automated with card entry when you sign up as a member.The gym equipments are sufficient for most physical requirements.Equipments are placed on both upper & lower floors.My opinion its a big area.Understand there are emergency tags located on the board to use while exercising in the event there are severe health conditions in an emergency. Speak to staff to clarify & be safe training.Aways Check with your doctor or physician before attempting any physical or strenous activities.If unwell don't exercise & seek your own doctor or physician for proper treatment.Be Happy .Be SAFE.Stay CALM.:-)

I visit the Gym and it’s super convenient located, well maintained. The store manager and staff there are really nice and helpful. Will recommend to friends.

I use a lot of different plus fitness gyms as I move around a lot, this one has acquired interesting equipment that the other gyms don't have. The gym is divided into cardio and low intensity machine (downstairs), lower body with Hiit, cable machines and upper body(upstairs). Some of the pieces I like are the angled smith machine, mag grip" bars

I highly recommend this gym! The equipment is mostly new and extremely well cared for. I would like to commend the staff at the gym because they were one of the most friendly gym staff I have encountered. They were always happy to answer any questions and even showed me how to use some equipment I was not familiar with.

Best 24hr gym in the area.A proper gym built for its members.The gym includes:- New equipment.- lock'n'load technology on machines for easy drop-set application.- Unique equipment & machines such as: Abduction/Adduction machine, Fixed incline bench press, Deltoid raise machine, Glute drive machine, Weighted leverage lat machine, Weighted leverage row machine, Weighted leverage shoulder press, Boxmaster, tank machine.- Fixed weighted bars go up to 55kg.- Plenty of weights & machines, never waiting on anybody.- Well thought out layout separating upper body and lower body sections.- Extra insulted flooring doesn't make noise when weights are dropped.- Clean neat & tidy.- Brand new fit outs.- Clear big windows with no frosting doesn't make you feel closed in, open window allowing fresh air circulation.- Mirrored walls throughout making it easier to check form.- Brand new bathrooms with removable shower heads includes shampoo, body-wash, deodorant, hair dryer.- Bathrooms on lower & upper levels.- Helpful staff who give great training advice.- Owner promises new equipment coming soon with future plans of expansion.- Friendly owner who is interested in feedback & wants to improve the gym for its members.

Overall a very good gym, that has a good variety of machines to target all workouts. Very nice facilities and not stanky and old like some other gyms. There is also a mirror situated next to most workouts places so you can flex your muscles and see how big they are becoming. I love the water filter, very clean and tasty water, and the filter shows how many plastic bottles that you are saving, so you feel like you are saving the world.Not a bad gym I must say.

Horrible service and atmosphere. Plus fitness attendant working at around 4pm on the 7th of September was very rude and snide. I just wanted some help and it's my first time going to this branch so i'm not sure how it works and she was very unwelcoming and doesn't seem to care about her job. I had a cut and wanted some medical aid but she was very unhelpful, guess she wants me to bleed everywhere. Also this plus fitness is tiny and outdated you're better off going to atarmon.

I am a long term member of this gym. Aziz and the team have always been helpful and making sure I don’t feel lost with rigid rules that I faced in other gyms like only two breaks allowed in a year or minimum two weeks break only. That’s why I have been a long term member. No fuss or issues and Aziz is very friendly and stops to chat with the members. The equipment and cleanliness is always maintained. The trainers always eager to help you with advice and tips.
