Ongmac

Ongmac sales is ok for new equipment but the part store is beyond appalling. The particularly large gentleman looking like an oversize novelty thumb cant even be bothered getting out his chair to be unhelpful. He manages it perfectly well sitting down playing solitaire, absolute joke....

Will sell you expensive equipment that breaks within 6 months, then say it’s not covered by warranty (despite a 2-year warranty) so you end up having to pay for even more for repairs... Definitely not the support I was hoping for.

No complaints about sales team. Spare parts however obviously makes significantly less money for Ongmac. NO customer service skills have waited weeks for machinary repairs. Staff are rude, you always feel that you are very low on their priority list. When your livelyhood depends on these machines, service with them is not an option. Ill be going to kyogle from now on. Worth the drive.

paid for servicing my Wip Snip but stopped after second application. Contacted the Lismore service station and got bullied by the manager wanting more money to fix it god knows when. I am a long standing customer and bought all my garden tools Stihl from Ongmac but will not return anymore. Poor service and manager with no customer relations skills. Never again.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Unfriendly, unhelpful and plain rude. Happy to take your money, not so happy to deal with you when things go wrong. My advice is to spend your money elsewhere.

Waited months for a part to arrive... Had to call twice to be told twice that someone would get back to me, which they never did. They replaced something on my Stihl brush cutter, but it wasn't the problem. Atrocious
