Unprofessional, Bad customer service with A lady who is in charge of property Management team !Don't deal with her anything ever, she was No show with my inspection appointment without any notice. After I followed up with her, she said she was busy for something.My property has been managed by her for almost 2 years, she was very unhelpful, lazy and unprofessional as a property manager. If I don't ask her to inspect my investment property, she never do ! The tenants broke the curtain rail after they vacated property, but she didn't inspect properly.Also, I got a warning email from strata company about the missing strata payment, after I investigated it, I found out that she didn't pay to right account with my right reference number. Very frustrating experience!PS. the Selling property team is very good though.

If there was an award going to the worst property management team in Sydney it would surely be this mob. I'm truly baffled to this day as to whether incompetence, greed or corruption best describes what their 'A team' put my wife and I through - but to be fair it's likely a mix of all three.Upon issuing our notice to vacate the majority of our problems started. Our rental payments weren't being correctly allocated by the team and we incorrectly told to pay almost $1k more than was owed! We spent weeks upon weeks in dispute and only after finally securing a copy of the rental ledgers (as well as a personal visit to their office) were we able to move forward. I wish that was the end of it.Despite leaving the place in immaculate condition (better than we took the property) we were then told it wasn't clean enough. Items like dust under the front door or the intercom button not being wiped down were apparently valid grounds for withholding our bond. We were given one day's notice to address these ridiculous items. We were subsequently issued with a $100 cleaning invoice which we refused to pay knowing that, at this point it was a spiteful and petty way for the team to cause myself and my heavily pregnant wife headaches. In the end it took the threat of tribunal action from myself for them to finally back down and release the bond owing.Side note from a landlord perspective they only inspected the place 3 times in 4.5 years.Reading through other renter reviews reveals many others have been through similar horror stories. Renters stay well clear!
