Got my balayage done by hayley and a haircut by raf and i can’t be any happier! Really rare to have someone get what you want especially on the right colour and style you came in for but they never fail to disappoint. Amazing service and everyone is friendly and attentive! Thanks for the brilliant service everytime i walk in!

They have a different price for white people. The first time I went in the lady that did my hair asked the owner for the price and i could hear her saying 'she's white' to the owner before they gave me the price.Today the owner did my hair. She showed me the price list and it was clearly $60 but she charged me $100. That's disgraceful. You can't have two prices for people.

I walked in to make my booking and explained what I was after with my hair. I wanted foils as I have naturaully light hair and had previously had belayage done and I asked for olaplex. The day of the appointment was another story. The young girl didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing with the colours. I ended up with orange hair in the roots and she tried her best to tone it down but it still had an orange tone to it. I’ve been too scared to go to the hairdressers again since March when I got it done for my birthday. The girl said she would give me a discount, which she didn’t they gave me a card for a discount on my next service (like I had confidence to go back there!) I left the salon and realised I didn’t get given an olaplex take home which I asked for when I made the booking and they said on the phone that I probably didn’t pay for the service and would need to pay for it when I came back. Luckily enough they did give me the bottle included in the almost $400 for my orange balayage and haircut. The most horrible hair dressing experience ever, especially for almost $400 as well. I don’t usually like to review so negatively, but this was a horrible experience and it took 4 hours at the salon!

I love my appointments at Lou Salon have been going here for two years, all the staff are all so friendly even when they aren’t the ones doing your hair which is so rare. It is a very warm and fun loving environment and I always walk out in such a good mood!Hard to find a salon that actually cares about the condition of your hair, they have slowly taken my hair from almost black to a creamy blonde but my hair has never felt so healthy. Thanks Sammy for my amazing colour and blowave last week I have had so many compliments!

I have been seeing the staff at Lou Salon for 4 years and have an amazing experience every time. All the staff members are brilliant hairdressers and I am never disappointed, as well as them being affordable for the quality of work they are always so fun and friendly when I visit. I can not recommend them enough for all hair services. Would never go anywhere else :)

Ummmm wow!!!! I was not expecting much as I was in a rush and did a walk-in and just needed a trim to fix the mess that was my hair and Ashlee was an actual lifesaver. The trim of my dead peroxided mess of a head turned into a full shape up (including a head and shoulder massage!!) ended up giving me a brilliant cut, and we decided to put a toner in (which she actually sat and worked out the best tone for me) which has been one of the best hairstyles I've had. I've been buzzing all day rocking my new hair and living for all the compliments I've been getting. All of this was topped because she's also a really cool chick and we had good chats/banter. The price was also more then affordable and I've left a returning customer. Massive thanks to Ashlee for everything! You've got a great stylist in her!!

Lou Salon have a very friendly and easy approach, they will offer you a glass of wine or coffee and all the staff are very good. They can usually fit me in at short notice which is great for my busy schedule. Prices for a men's haircut are better than most the other salons in the area and the service is second to none. If you're in a hurry and looking for a great cut I recommend this salon.

Not a big fan of posting reviews so will keep this quick. I'm 28 years of age and I feel like every single hairdresser / barber before today was a charlatan. Ash / Rafa thank you. I love Lou x

I love getting my hair done at Lou Salon. The staff are always friendly & most importantly I always love the end result, Megan is wonderful.
