My little girl went in for emergency bowel surgery after eating a sock and some tights. She was very weak and didn’t look good on drop-off, but the staff at Boronia saved her life. I got updates every day when she was recovering, and the vets/nurses made her feel comfortable enough to eat (which is a big thing for her!), and gave her lots of cuddles. Fantastic, and very caring staff. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks guys ❤️

Boronia Vet clinic treated the symptom. Issue reoccurred. Insisted on surgery to ‘fix the problem’. (2k bill so far.) Saw 3 different vets there. (One older male vet was good, in saying honestly surgery might not even help.) The others didn’t listen to the surrounding information that caused the problem, and what was hindering recovery.Sought a 2nd opinion from Montrose vet, whom listened to the problem, helped talk through and find a solution to treat the cause. Meant no surgery, a couple of hundred vs a further 2.5k.Kitty thriving, recovered, no surgery needed.Go with Montrose. Great vets.

Fairly average service from this place. VETs are nice, but Hard to see the same vet each time, se we get different opinions from different people... Reception staff are not really helpful, very hit and miss.

I called this vet this evening for an emergency situation for my Cavoodle puppy and they were AMAZING! The lovely person on the phone, then the reception staff, the vet nurses and the vet once we arrived. Thank you for keeping me calm and for seeing us so quickly to assist. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone and they also didn’t charge crazy after hour feesThanks so very much, we really appreciate it!!!!!

I have had previously good experiences at this vet but after not being back in years, I was disappointed today by a staff memeber at the front desk.I brought in a lost dog which I had gone through a lot to rescue from a busy main road in the rain. The larger dog was very frightened and I was puffed out and stressed. The staff member criticised how I was acting/ controling the dog and spoke down to me. I felt bad that I was not calm and struggled to control the scared (but gentle) dog but her behaviour was rude. Considering the circumstances a better delivery on her end would have been appreciated

If I could give 10 stars I would. Bought our bull dog Ollie here to see Laura. Best vet he was limping on his front paw and she put him on anti inflammatorys and his now all better plus he had skin problems also fixed that to :)

Genuinely the most incredible Vet. The Reception staff, Nurses and Vets are all so helpful, thorough and genuine. Not worried about selling products but focused on giving real love and care to the animals. Thank you guys for all you do! ❤️

Not happy with the service.Brought our elderly cat into clinic 12 months ago. We saw a gentlemen who told us there was nothing wrong with her, just that was ageing despite matted fur, increased water intake and continence issues. Came back within 2 months with her having seizures. Saw a lady who was very helpful and diagnosed her with hyperthyroidism. Couldn't have asked more from her. However, from the clinics perspective not to offer scripts for medications is really disheartening. We consistently asked but kept getting pushed back until we got it 6 months diagnosis. We got charged triple the price at the clinic for medication when we could get it from chemist warehouse. Overall, vets were either really good or really suspectAnd do not get medication from that clinic! Now we've moved to mountain gate which we're very happy with now
