Found this place quite by accident at Settlers Market.Absolutely top rate, the food was moist and delicious and the atmosphere just right. I'll be back.

Well priced, fun location.Corn bread was best I have had in Perth and the beans were amazing too.All the meat was flavoursome and delicious.Will definitely be returning.

Today we had a Breakfast Brisket Muffin and a competition share plate. We swapped the salads for chips as the kids were sharing also. All the meat was delicious and the chips are to die for. Fantastic service and very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

The brisket is excellent. It's not necessarily cheap but it's worth it. There is seating right there and picnic tables outside. Worth a stop if you're at the Settlers Market.

We gave this place a try today since our usual go-to place at the Swan Settlers Markets were not open. We had the Cheesy Pig and a large Nachos - Brisket, both of which are delicious. So glad to have finally tried Gryphon Smokehouse as we have walked past it many times before when we went to the market. Will be back to try their other menu offerings.

Perfectly cooked meat, smokey flavors and the pulled pork was well cooked and the taste was outstanding, the beef brisket was juicy and tender. Must try this place, will definitely visit again. Dining area in and out.

Nice food, very yummy, slow cooked pork was amazing, very nice salads. We really enjoyed it, just it says open till 5pm but actually they started closing about 3:45pm and some people after us were not served, so I would recommend to get there before 3:30pm

We used Gryphon Smokehouse to cater my mums 70th birthday and to say the food was a hit is a huge understatement.The quality of food surpassed our expectations and we would have no hesitation in using Gryphon again in the future.Do yourself a favour and employ Gryphon to cater your next event, you won’t be disappointed!

Competition platter had a bit of everything!I remember liking some items more than others, and I'll definitely order some for future parties. A good bbq meal and arguably the best meal I've had at the Swan Settlers Markets.
