As always I have just received great service from The Sun. My year 12 daughter's school went into a sudden lock down before the stage 4 restrictions (and so no chance to get to her locker). Today we realised that a novel she needed for her studies was still in her locker. The Sun is delivering a copy to our door tomorrow, no delivery charge!

Relatively local for me. Small shop, yet extensive range. I had a list of 8 books to buy from. I wanted 2 from this list. 3 books in stock, and all books able to be ordered within a short period. So purchased my 2 and ordered 2. Busy little place, and now I know why it has such good patronage. Service is excellent.

This store has well-read , approachable staff, a children's book store and book clubs. The shops a provide curated reading selections in an intimate setting, perfect for browsing while feeling hopeful for independent retailers and incidental social interactions.

I have always loved the Sun Bookshop but have purchased 5 books throughout lockdown and the service has made me a very loyal customer! Thank you so much for the free and very quick local delivery!! Hopefully will be able to come in store again soon though!

A big thank you to this lovely bookshop. We placed a click & collect order & grabbed our package quickly & went back home - it was a birthday present. Upon opening the present, we noticed the book wasn't the book we ordered (the book was wrapped and it was lockdown so we couldn't check if the book was correct upon pick-up). We wrote a polite email informing them of the mistake (these things happen) & they responded promptly & offered to deliver the correct book & pick up the incorrect book free of charge. Within a a couple of hours, the correct book was delivered, the birthday person was happy, and they left this lovely little note (see pics). Thank you, Anna & the Sun Bookshop team.

I mived here post COVID, so thanks to the lockdown I haven't been able to get in. However no matter what weird book I need, they're able to get it ordered in with no hassle - and delivered to my door. A fantastic local store with even better customer service!

The best local bookshop you'll find!→ Recently purchased gift cards to send to friends during COVID→ When my friends received their gift cards, staff were very helpful over the phone and helped them pick a book.→ Delivery (even to regional Victoria) was speedy and efficient!

Best Children's bookshop ever. Staff are so knowledgeable. They helped me select appropriate books for all my rels. Their is a separate Sun Book shop adjoining the Sun cinema for us older folk. The staff are pretty incredible
