It was busy, but it wasn’t a long wait at all, they accomdated me within 5 minutes. Good service, 2 people doing my nails. One doing my manicure and the other my pedicure at the same time, very efficient.

A lot of changes and improvements happening at Chadstone but lucky enough Prime Nail Salon’s customer service is not affected. Their welcoming and friendly greeting and service withstand the bustle outside of the shop. Kim was attentive and expressed care. Thank you Kim! Definitely will be back! So when you are around the area and need some pamper, go visit Prime Nail Salon at the lower level underneath Coles.

Kim was fantastic. I didn’t know what to expect for my first time and she confidently walked me through the process with warmth and efficiency. Her hands were like magic and my feet, hands and nails felt brand new! She really knows her work and it was a great experience. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
