Our couple's counsellor, Sarah, is so caring and empathetic. She has provided such wonderful support that aligns with our Christian faith and values. We would highly recommend her to any couples who are experiencing relationship or communication challenges, or those who simply wish to further enhance the quality of their relationship. The administrational staff at Newhope Medical are all very friendly and easy to work with as well.

Dr.Rae was amazing, very kind and lovely. She made me feel at ease and was able to talk to her openly. The receptionist were also very lovely and professional. Generally, I had a great experience and highly recommend this medical practice.

Extremely long wait time. Not advised when we arrived for our appointment. If we were we would have fathered wait outside rather than be prone to the spread of germs in the waiting area.

Dr. Jae Mie Teh is super patient with the little one, check everything thoroughly and the receptionist is so friendly. We had a very pleasant visit.
