Amazing staff and products! I was struggling with finding the right skincare routine for me so I went in to ask a few questions and Megan was absolutely incredible! She went through different products and what they would do for my skin, she let me try products as well and when I said I couldn’t afford all of them she sent me home with samples. I tried them all together and my skin was healthier within days. I then went back on Thursday the 9/6 and explained to the lady who was there what I needed, she immediately understood and helped me find the other products I wanted and gave me more samples for other things I was concerned about. Honestly couldn’t ask for more knowledgeable, cohesive and friendly staff! Products are also all worth every cent ☺️

It was a lovely shopping experience. I was approached by a friendly staff member, she was very helpful, offering different options for a gift I was searching for, even found a few items for myself as well.

Absolutely amazing service, they make you feel so comfortable and give great advice on all things skin care, I've got a whole pre wedding skin care routine now and I can't wait to see how my skin loves the new stuff. Thank you so much Ladies x

I had the pleasure of going into the body shop in Woollongong yesterday. I was met at the door by Jayden. He was absolutely wonderful. He is the biggest asset to the shop. I just wish I lived closer so I could go in more often. I bought what he recommended and love it.Katherine and Jamie

I love the products and use them regularly and the lovely lady in the Wollongong store always gives you a big welcome. It's always a pleasure to go there.

Terrible service and extremely rude. I was there this morning and especially went to the mall to buy a few products here. As I walked in I was moaned at for smelling a product, secondly, I was told we are actually not open and doing stock take" (10:30 am and the door was wide open). I just left because I felt so unwelcomed. I was about to buy a few things and they have lost my business for life. Disgusting!!!"

I was served by Isabel (Isabelle?) who was fantastic! As soon as I said I was looking for a foundation to suit my extremely pale skin, she sat me down and tried some out, as well as gave me tips on makeup application and other options in products. The makeup I eventually purchased is so amazing - I know where I'll be getting my foundation from now on!
