Bellarine & Surrounds Cleaning

DISAPPOINTED. I booked them for an end of lease clean. Not only did they not show up until after 3pm, they wiped down a kitchen bench and left.When I booked I stressed that job had to be finished as people were moving in the next day.When I called them all I got was we’ve been flat out?? No Accountability, no apology, no attempt at rectifying.Incredibly unprofessional and have now ruined a family’s and my day.100% would not recommend.

We are using their services for our swim school since last year and they are really good in what they do. Beside this they share some industry's best practices and always go an extra mile. During Covid-19 days they also gave us a good tips in what we should focus as part of routine day to day or hourly cleaning. Would highly recommend to use their services.

Bellarine and Surrounds Cleaning look after my Airbnb. I have a 100% 5 star rating as a result of their professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very affordable. Flexible, responsive, well trained and efficient. My Airbnb is always spotless.

I hired this company to provide a vacant clean. NEVER again! On meeting the Carolyn and Matt (after they were hours late) Matt was extremely aggressive and intimidating (this was witnessed by an independent carpet cleaner so this cannot be denied). The cleaner worked during the night without permission from myself or the real estate agent (who they picked the keys up from in the morning and was meant to return at close of day). My house was left unlocked and unattended most of night (captured on CTV footage / once again they can't deny this). The cleaner also used a cleaning product that damaged my granite bench topin several places ( at a cost of $2000 - $3000K to replace). The bench top can not be repaired. I have had granite experts in to assess the damaged bench and they can confidently say it was a cleaning bleach (probably oven) which caused the marks. Their cleaning product also dripped on to the dishwasher taking off the surface. When I tried to communicate with Carolyne about the damage done to my new home, in order to resolve the issue, I found her to be unprofessional (ika sarcastic and hostile) in her response. She would not disclose if she had insurance or come to any kind of compromise. Just deny deny deny (to get out of paying for the damage). I have never NOT paid a bill on time or left a negative business review however I just had to in this case. I think potential clients should be aware. This company is dishonest and unreliable. Another word that comes to mind is 'dodgy'!I WOULD NEVER use or recommend this cleaning service.

Carolyn and Matthew are true professionals. They turn up in time and have the amazing ability to leave your premises sparkling clean. They actually listen to what your requirements are and continually follow through. Their thoroughness with all types of cleaning is to be commended.We highly recommend Bellarine and Surrounds cleaning and will continue to use them for a long time to come.

I would not recommend this cleaning service. I found them to be dishonest and unprofessional.
