Bought a retro machine from Kym, it's given the family hours of fun since day one, great gaming, all the old classics and fantastic aftersales service. I had an issue setting up one game, Kym came out to our house twice to ensure it was programmed to our satisfaction. Recommended product and company!

Amazing quality! They were really helpful throughout the ordering process and customising it, whenever I had a problem they were happy to help. The screen blows my mind from how crisp it is. The buttons feel great and it's super easy to get access to the back for any modifications you might make.

Just got this bad boy yesterday and BOOM! It's awesome! Kym was great in the process of buying, delivered it and showed how to use it, I got the widescreen, love the decals and the best part is the easy to use software menu to navigate through the games with a preview of each game, lots of fun times ahead! I spent a long time researching various arcade machine retailers and went with Arcade Systems due to what appeared to be a high level of attention to detail put into not only the cabinet but also the game list and how the games are formatted. I was not disappointed!The price point is higher than other cabinets, but you get what you pay for. This is essentially a gaming PC in an arcade cabinet. The potential is near limitless, and the quality exceeded my expectations.Other retailers are using cheap arcade cards that you can easily buy online from China for a couple of hundred dollars. The game list is fixed, and they don't all run well.All the games I've tried have run perfectly on the Arcade Systems machine and I've even been able to add additional games from classic consoles as well as play my Steam library.Kym has been excellent promptly answering my post sale questions. I'll be keeping an eye on what he makes next as I'd definitely buy from him again.

This thing is HOT!!! Great machine, extraordinary software, authentic screenlines, banging sound, robust cabinet and considering the widescreen display any roomy 2 player controls it has a surprisingly small footprint.The games library is mindblowing. Overwhelming at first. You'll hop on and play the classics that you love (they are all there) and discover new gems, such as Windjammers, that you never knew existed. I bought online, sight unseen. A bit of a risk but am glad I did. and I never imagined it would be this good. I'm ecstatic. Thanks Kim.
