Ongoing issues with a ducted air conditioning unit in our house over a 2 year period.Unit leaks badly through duct and downlight after it has been turned off. Waterfall.So, another local company sent an apprentice twice, couldn’t find the issue, said it was fixed and the unit flooded that badly needed to have repairs done on room under unit.Company 2: Came out, found a problem. Corrected the problem. One month later problem returned.After posting on FB Jet ac reached out.Have had them come out, diagnose the issue (a cracked pan under the unit that no other company had noticed), order the part, and replace the part.They also repaired some dodgy installation that had been done previously.These guys are the BEST. Other local companies run around talking smack…. this company just gets on with the job, and does things right.Cannot fault service, quality, or business ethics. Cannot recommend highly enough. They have a lot to be proud of and a lot to boast about, but that’s not their style. They just get on with the actual job at hand.If you’re looking for sensational service and actual results, ignore the local self-proclaimed legends that tout on Facebook and give these people a call.Absolutely superb in every way.

Do not use this company. They were the contracted company for American Home Shields. Although they arrived on time for the initial service call, they did not follow through on the work. The unit needed a new line and the service man said he would be back as soon as it arrived. It is 10 days later and still no air conditioner. My condo has been at 80 degrees the whole time. I called today and he said they were waiting for authorization from AHS. Called AHS and it turns out JET never submitted the report for repairs. I called back about an hour later and he said he now had the authorization but states that he cannot send out a technician until Fri or Sat. I explained that I have been living without AC for over 10 days due to their incompetency and now I have to wait 4-5 more days. The receptionist could have cared less and asked for a credit card number for Freon before even confirming a response date or time. Avoid this company at all costs if you need work done in a timely fashion.

Jet Air done a really good job installing my new split system. Quoted on Friday and installed on Monday, Good quick quality service! highly recommend!

Highly recommend. On time. Fixed a leaking AC gas connection for a split unit and charged a reasonable rate.
