~ Downgrading from 5 Stars ~ 2+ Years ago.Food has been unpredictable, fish dripping in oil and smothered in salt one day, next time fish cook fine with no salt.Menu out of date with food no longer available as advertised.Limited variety of takeaway.Premises could do with a radical make over.No longer friendly service as I have experience previously.Now it seems as though the customer is an inconvenience.

In short, the food was terrible and service abysmal. We are travelling in the area and know never to return.Details - the store it appeared quite dirty but I chose to ignore it. We ordered dinner for our family and waited nearly 30 minutes - I appreciate there can be a wait time but absolutely no communication to us.After 25 mins into waiting we were told there's no more barramundi that we ordered - despite us waiting in store and we could have been told anytime until then but again they didn't bother to tell us.Upon getting home and serving up we realised the flake was also missing. I phoned and was told I was informed - however I was not informed. The rest of the food tasted terrible, no flavour, almost stale and soggy burgers.Anyone wanting fish and chips, go to the service station up the road which served us up beautiful fresh fish and fluffy chips clearly using much cleaner oil.

Have had undercooked fish and chips from here twice. When it is cooked well though, it’s really good and they do a great steak sandwich.

Ordered fish and chips and the fish was the worst I’ve ever had - batter was greasy and over salted. Potato cakes were horrible. Staff weren’t wearing masks. Would give them no stars if I could.

Soggy chips terrible dim sims. I’ve never had worse fish and chips in my life. Particularly the chips they were woeful. Your struggling if you can’t cook a chip!!!

The best fish and chips. Everything so fresh and kids ate everything. Yum.

Unsatisfied with the quality of meals in the last few months. Buying under cooked chips cooked in oil that wasn't heated up correctly was the last straw.

Met an Army mate here for a coffee-it was good.Place needs a complete re do inside doesn't look good at all. Heaps of cardboard cartons on counters (for covid I presume). Could have been done this properly. Outside tables always dirty.Trev Powis Cohuna
