Had the wrong order shipped out to me. I got in contact with them they were very apologetic and easy to deal with. They my correct order sent out and got it to me in great time. Very good customer service and great to deal with. Even when things do go wrong they found where my package got sent to and fixed it straight away. I can not recommend these guys enough I'll be a customer for life after how they handled this.

The team at McCredden’s are simply second to none. The customer service is always friendly and professional. After the 2nd visit, they know you by name! An excellent range of products and a great loyalty program too. Their online store is also very good. The other stores around Bendigo and online have lost all my business and I am happy to drive across town to Epsom. Stop in for a great coffee and chat, I highly recommend it.

Excellent staff and service. Didn’t try to sell me anything. Just gave me the best advice for how to rig up and use my setups. Can’t wait to go flick a line in. Also got a cheeky gourmet hotdog from the food van that was delicious and worth a stop on it’s own. Well done team.

The customer service and what amazing service, this is the best fishing Trackle Shop in Bendigo. Great location right on the Midland Highway heading up towards Huntly with loads of car parking and the arrangement of rods ,reels ,lures and everything you need for fishing and camping. The customer service is amazing all the team are so helpful and very friendly, this is the Best Fishing Trackle Shop in Bendigo.
