Harry is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to selling a house. I would recommend him to others. However, the company he works for is not trustworthy. We sold our home with them almost 3 months ago and we are still chasing money that is owed to us. We have had no luck. It is constant lies from the director as to when we will recieve what is owed.

THE WORST OF THE WORST. DONT EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM ESPECIALLY FROM Spencer (the realestate agent) . Spencer use to help himself using their key when ever he felt like it to get into the house while I was still renting with them. DISGUSTING !

Spencer and the team are excellent at what they do.I've dealt with many property managers and have got to say that Home Agency is one of the best.Very efficient and honest.Would definitely recommend to any owner looking to change property managers.

I sent several emails asking to book appointments for open homes for sale that I had no reply to and I sent you a text message asking several questions, including for an appointment, asking price etc, well worded and courteous and you replied '700'.No hello or goodbye, ignored all of my questions and literally sent me 3 numbers. My first thought was 'I wish I could speak to the owners of the property, because if you were my agent, I'd be furious'.You are the type of agent who jumped into a course to get a licence to make money. You have no care for the industry or helping people. You've jumped into selling houses in a market where you could put a suit on a dog as the auctioneer and it'd break a suburb record.

Professional and courteous. The management team was able to help me with my rental property, every step of the way and was very helpful with their advice on property and market trends.

The team at Home Agency showcased efficiency, professionalism as well friendliness. They were extremely polite and did not hesitate to help when I had severel queries about an open home. Overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend!
