I've been seeing Tracy and the team for 5 years now and every visit I recieve awesome customer service and first class support for my aid devices. Being a middle aged professional, hearing and listening to my coworkers is essential to my job. Without sounds of life I would totally lost. I cannot speak more highly of Tracy Ong and her helpfulness and professionalism. She has been absolutely wonderful. Those of us with poor hearing want/need the best available assistance so that we can continue engaging in life with minimum inconvenience. As someone who had tried a range of hearing aids and audiologists, and was becoming increasingly frustrated, it was Tracy who showed the patience and genuine interest in achieving the best possible outcomes for me. I am forever grateful. And she has not seen the last of me, as I know that when improved technology arrives, or some adjustments are needed, I can rely on Tracy to help, and always with a cheerful smile.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have discovered an audiologist as ethical, caring and helpful as Tracey. This is so valuable in an industry which needs more regulation, and where some providers are only interested in recommending hearing aids based not on what is in fact your best hearing solution, but on their own financial interest in selling a particular brand. Tracey sells every brand of hearing aid at extremely competitive prices. I trialled three different hearing aids and ear moulds before settling on the right one. This involved several consultations (including Tracey doing a home visit when I was ill!) during which Tracey displayed enormous patience, diligence and care. I now have an audiologist for the long term whom I trust implicitly. Do yourself a favour and do the same!

This is a very very long overdue review but I can also say ditto to the others who have testified to Tracy’s care and absolute integrity. She is extremely patient and a joy to deal with. As a first time “Reluctant” user of hearing aids I have found that her help in selecting the right ones for what I needed as a guitar maker was critical. Not to mention just being able to hear the detail that was missing in group conversations.

Tracy looked after my father and actually got him wearing his hearing aids! She is an exceptional audiologist - extremely competent, friendly and knowledgeable. You can certainly trust her to provide an honest opinion on what is the best option for you, rather than putting profit first. Cannot recommend her highly enough :D

Like others I should have done this years ago. There are three reasons why all these reviews have five stars. Firstly Tracy is an outstanding clinician, way ahead of the many others I have seen. Secondly she is totally honest and will not sell you something you do not need and her prices are exceptional. Finally she is a platinum standard person and you can trust her absolutely. Tracy also cares for my 99yo Mum and the difference it has made to her life at a time when her cognitive function is diminishing is amazing.

Tracy is fabulous. She deployed her considerable skills to fit me up with a middle of the range device that suited my needs, rather than a top of the range device that I did not need but would cost me double (where the latter had been recommended elsewhere). The effect of the device is fabulous. I can hear birds like magpies sing as I heard them as a youth, hear conversation in noisy crowds and even hear Champaign corks pop from across the hall in such a very noisy situation. Further, following fast dialog on tv is now possible, and from a safety aspect, I have a huge improvement in capability of hearing and knowing when the indicator on my car is on. Moreover, Tracy draws devices from a range of brands with level pricing that equates with those on the Choice website. With such a range available and her skill, I propose from my experience, that she has the flexibility of device and skill to match a solution to many requirements. Think you need a cochlear implant..you will be talking to a qualified consultant.Regards

Professional but personal service from Tracy who's knowledge is limitless. Hearing loss is so personal and it is so important to get it right. I felt secure in the knowledge that Tracy would direct me in the right way. She was patient and it took me a while to find the right hearing aids. Unlike other companies she didn't push me or give me the big pitch . I trust her and would highly recommend her to anyone with hearing problems.

Tracey was amazing. I didn't realise how bad my hearing was and how much it effected my speech. Tracey was caring, honest and mindful of my feelings. I am very impressed with the service I received.

From my personal experience there are insufficient superlatives for my estimation of Tracy's diligent and professional approach to her personable and highly ethical treatment of each individual client. Her product knowledge supports her patient approach in advising clients in a manner which puts them immediately at ease and allows the consequent trust to evolve. This in turn provides a client complete faith in Tracy's guidance in making appropriate judgements on the correct selection from available products.
