Had great service today from all the girls and great customer service from Emily Shine well done!! Lunch was terrific!!

Coffee tastes good, however they take 10 years to make the coffee!!! I have never waited under 7 minutes to receive my coffee. Not great service

Emily makes the best coffee ever!! Every time she makes it it’s like heaven in my mouth, I would go to Emily everyday for coffee if I could!! If anyone else says otherwise they’re 1000% wrong xx

Food was ok, overpriced, ordered a unicorn milkshake and it was nothing like the photo ($7)

Bought myself a coffee and my child a hot chocolate.Older lady at the counter proceeded to dictate to me how my child shouldn't be having hot chocolate, it's not healthy for them, and he doesn't really need it".... my child is not heavy set and it was a treat for him...Upon trying to pay she doesn't give me a price and shoves the eftpos machine in my face

Valentine's day is a special day for me, as it is my wife's birthday. I showed them what kind of cake I was looking for and they recommended this cake. Rather than a creamy cake, there were chunks of hard-to-eat chocolate inside the cake. It was such a joy killer on this day, we hardly could eat a piece and I returnded 3/4 the cake to the shop the following morning. I was respectfully and quietly advising my comments to them, but they were disrespectfully replying and saying it was my own fault by choosing a wrong cake. At least respect your customers when they are being respectful to you! Terrible customer service, Terrible quality of cake... the best day of my wife and mine was ruined and my money was wasted and I was being too disrespected by the staff because they replied: it is your first time buying a cake from us so it is your fault not knowing what the taste is like" !!! Have I not eaten a birthday cake in my life before that I do not know enough what a good cake's taste is like?..... at least have some respect to your customers"

Had my sons birthday cake made at Ferguson's Plenty Valley. It was delicious! Nice and moist fresh absolutely devine. And my son absolutely loved it!! Thank you so much

Coffee is pretty decent and the young workers are always so lovely and friendly. Can’t say it about the old ladies that work here though, they’re always complaining and have no customer service at all! I hear them on the coffee machines talking poorly about customers.Also the wait times are horrendous always so slow

Purchased a 6 pack of jam donuts twice from this place. Both times they were not fresh. Very disappointing! Also tried their apple slice. It was cold and without much flavour - just big chunks of apple jammed between 2 sheets of pastry. Definitely over-priced and not worth the money.
