Fantastic experience at the Rio Tinto Naturescape in Kings Park. We were there when it was drizzling rain and everyone in our group from the 3yr old to the 68yr old still had an adventurous and wonderful time. The facilities are spectacular, easy to navigate but still challenging, and you feel like you could keep exploring for days.

The Family Park is recommended for any visits. This is one of the very few parks where you can even trek. Lovely atmosphere and scenic place make the visit worthwhile. You have restrooms, cafe, shopping store of souvenirs there.

What a beautiful park, and the cool weather definitely made it even better! So many things to see and so many things to do.We claimed towers, walk across beautiful bridges, marvel at the picturesque view down to Swan River. And we had fun using the escooters, such a convenient way to sightseeing - should have it all over the city, we didn't see them when we were walking around the city center to china town, bell towers etc.

Fabulous park to see native plants. Very well kept. Lots of seats for rests. Beautiful views over Perth. Very peaceful just wandering around among the towering trees. Great raised walkway looking down on gardens. Plants and trees are all named.

A gracious and beautifully laid out garden for the lover of Aussie flora. Something for everyone here with lovely meandering walks, picnic spaces, peaceful places to sit and plenty of loos! Love the art works too.

Came here on a hot summer day and while we nearly melted to death we really enjoyed the gardens / park. This is such a cool place I could see how people spend every weekend here the views are amazing, the gardens are spectacular / beautiful and the amount that there is to do is unbelievable. We only spent a few hours here due to the hot weather but we would come back for sure. The blue cat (free) drops you off right at the entry which is so convenient. There is no entry fee to the gardens either which is really great. There are a few walks you can do which are outlined on the information sign. We took the 1hr walk and it was about 1.5hrs after all our stopping & looking. Lots of Aussies were there for a jog and for food at the cafe (forgot to take pics). I would highly recommend to come back for a full morning of walking and eating at the cafe which looked to have a really nice selection of food.Note: if visiting Perth for the first time do note that they have free city bus transportation called CAT that will take you to all the sights for free! So convenient and did I say free! There are blue, yellow, red and purple line (if I remember correctly). You can download the CAT app too to check bus arrival timings but most of the buses were white frequent, we never waited more than 5-7min.

Located in the heart of Perth, Kings Park enchants visitors with its vibrant tapestry of natural beauty. A breathtaking fusion of lush gardens, majestic trees, and sweeping city vistas, it invites tranquility and exploration. Stroll along winding pathways, inhaling the scents of native flora. Pause atop elevated terraces, savoring the panoramic views of the Swan River and Perth's skyline. It’s definitely a Top attraction for anyone visiting or living in Perth.
