DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PIERCINGS!!Thought it was finally time for me to leave a review.My first mistake was going through with the piercings after seeing that they don’t use needles, but a plastic piercing gun. However, this was a years ago now, and the price point called to me!I got a helix and my fourth lobe on my left ear done — I still have the waiver in my emails. I remember sitting in the chair, when the piercer was doing my helix, before she started a conversation, and let go of the plastic gun entirely… when it was halfway through my ear. She then clicked it the rest of the way through, but it was burning red the rest of the day.I don’t wear it anymore, but what concerns me more is my fourth lobe.The piercer mentioned that she thought the dot we’d agreed upon was too high, and before I could say that it was where i definitely wanted it, she decided to just go lower on my lobe. Aesthetically, it was much lower than my other earrings, but more importantly, when it was healed, I changed it out for a slightly heavier stud. My third lobe piercing on the other side bared it fine, but halfway through the day, I thought my earring fell out, but to my horror, my earlobe had actually torn open; it was pierced SO low, that it could not bear the slightest weight, and now there’s scar tissue holding that tear together.It’s definitely not worth the $30-odd dollars you save. Go to professionals, who will use the proper tools and give you piercings you’ll love!

I came in to buy my daughter something.I’m not one to usually use reviews but had a lovely experience with the service.I was after a specific item.Your worker looked in drawers & out the back.I’m not sure where she found it but I am so happy she did as it completed the outfit for a very special day.Thank you for going over & beyond & service with a smile, what she didn’t know is I have been struggling with post natal depression so trips to the shop can be overwhelming & the positive encounter with Naomi changed my whole day.How refreshing it is to shop with excellent sales assistance.I’ll definitely keep shopping with you.Thanks Lovisa & Thanks Naomi for helping in more ways than one.

I was at the store and there was a woman yelling at staff loudly and disturbing other customers. This ruined the experienced of my shopping. Once she left I spoke to the staff and they told me the woman’s name was Angelique and she is in fact a manager. As a consumer I find that behaviour disturbing and does not adhere to appropriate conflict resolution.

Came in for mother's Day, but looked at items for my daughter instead. Affordable gifts for young women.

I wish I knew the ladies name who did my 10 year old daughter's ears. My little one was determined to have her ears pierced but was still very scared and a bit teary, the women spent probably 20 minutes all up making sure she was okay and ready to go. Nearly two weeks on and they're healing really well. Could not have asked for a better experience for her first piercing. Thank you!
