J'adore Nails & Beauty Salon

This salon should really have a read of these reviews and consider changing how they speak and treat their customers. Extremely rude and the staff appear to be very unfriendly. Will not be coming back here again.

Poor customer service, very rude and rough nail technicians. Nail quality isn’t too bad, however I wouldn’t go back as its not worth the hassle. I think the owners should check the reviews and they’ll notice a trend… hopefully then they will improve.

This salon is always busy for an obvious reason. The girls are great with their works and they are fun to talk to. I can see why some customers are not happy with their services because the demand from themselves is just ridiculous and does make things difficult for the girls. My recommend is to book with them especially during busy season.

I had a manicure and pedicure today. I have very sensitive great as I have MS. I warned the young girl (MIA) that my feet were very ticklish and that I might be a litttle reactive. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her head. I explained that I could help it and that she didn’t have to do so much.She made me feel really terribly and wished I hadn’t gone. Even though it took so much courage and effort to get out in the first place.All the other ladies seemed lovely but this young girl was really rude! And brash.I won’t bee we back there for a while.

Never AgainI would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! It was my first time going to the salon since it near my house and i add some good reviews. i asked them to a Shellac pedicure and manicure, they charged $80. but it started peeling off after 3 days. i called them to ask for a touch up they charged me again. that also peeled of the next day.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Just had my nails done. Thank you Vicky. Definitely will be back.

Greenvale J’adore nail & beauty salon, Price has increased for manicure but the service offered does not match the price hike! The lady who served was so rude and overcharged me! When I questioned it she raised her voice for all other customers to hear. I was so embarrassed and couldn’t explain her maths was wrong as she made me very uncomfortable. The Pedicure does not include moisturising and a massage at the end just like a manicure would. If you increased prices make sure your services match the price a customer pays! Unfortunately a poor service at increased prices does not create return business!

Most awful experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment the prior day for a full set of sns and pedicure. I asked to do them at the same time, so i could be out quicker which was fine with them.I was 10 late, but they knew i was coming in, as they rang me the day of. First when i walked in no one was happy, did not feel welcomed at all, they then took 20mins to even look at my nails. The first lady was rough with my hands to remove 3 of my old nails. Then they couldn’t do my toes at the same time and when i asked why not, they spoke in Chinese and didn’t actually speak to me so i had to ask for them to actually answer my question.Then the lady doing my nails couldn’t get my shape correct. When she did one hand i said i didn’t like the shape as they were a bit curved on one side so just needed to be evened and sharper (i wanted a sharpe coffin). She then cracked it and began cutting my nails off, i never said anything rude, i was just annoyed as I shouldn’t need to explain that. She then goes “thats why you just shut up and let me do them”. She finished cutting them and walked off. Ive been getting my nails done for 6 years and never had an experience like that.Wouldn’t recommend

Best nail salon in the North. Until I went in earlier this week. I was treated so badly by the staff. The staff were so rude, it blew my mind. I would rather support a smaller salon then ever deal with that again. I called to cancel an upcoming appointment and to speak to the manager, of course she wasn't in today!! It's so disrespectful, a class in common curiosity wouldn't hurt. Worst salon in the North!!!

I go here regularly and the ladies are so lovely. They are always complimenting how healthy my nails look. When getting nails done, they will help you choose a colour if it's for an event or will work off a photo. SNS has not only helped my nails grow, but also made them stronger! Very happy and will continue to go here to get my nails done and cared for.
