Absolutely doggy place .they will call you until you pay them and then when you need them ! Good luck you will never get a call back , they actually lied to me from first place they told me they will check the business place and check the contract for me and then they will recommend me to buy the business. They lied they never checked anything after I paid 100,000k to buy a business, after couple months I regret that I bought that business after I called them , I found out they never checked that council to see if there is any other shopping Center will open and also they never checked the contract to see how much I am going to lost if I get out the business…. They told me they charge me $25000 and I ended up paid $6500 bloody player
