Totally dissatisfied. They told me they had the the door mirrors for my vehicle but at their storage property. I was passing through town but decided to stay 2 extra days as that is how long it would take them to go to their storage property. After 2 days they informed me they only have one of the 2 mirrors so went to pick it up and it was damaged and the wrong model. I had given them the exact make and model down to the month. The price was almost that of a new part, damaged and the wrong model. Nice work guys. 2 days of my life gone

Very helpful people. Gave advice and helped with a difficult part. I'd recommend these wreckers as a go to. Especially for modern 4x4.

Had a very bad time with a box from a certain eBay Melbourne wrecker who shall not be named and swapped it for another t56 and a diff that actually works for a very reasonable amount brock and the boys did a excellent job and finally after a year I have reverse gear!Many thanks would recommend only decent wrecker in the area.They know their stuff especially Holden's.

Tried to charge me $260 for a review mirror second hand and it was $120 for a new one from Repco. .. absolutely pathetic. Do not recommend. Also sold me a old radiator a yr ago that was supposed to be new and broke apart totally brittle in 2 hrs

I would not recommend this business. I was after a second hand part, they ordered in, it was wrong part for my car. The staff blamed me for the wrong order where I wouldn't completely agree. They did not want to take any responsibility or accountability for the mistake where I still believe they should. In short, they offered me a new $450 part and said they could not find a second hand anywhere else for me. I got my refund and had to be accountable for a $20 mistake which in my view should have been shared to be fair.End of the story, I went online and searched for wreckers in Sydney and the first one I contacted were reasonable on the phone and had the part I wanted posted to me for much cheaper than Coffs Auto Recyclers offered.$10 is not a big amount of money but the attitude of a business in my eyes is what deserves a bad review here.I hope you guys improve your service.
