I’m very sad that after spending so much money on Orthotics my Archie’s thongs do a better job. I Returned to have another consult With Glen and his response was not one of care but of disbelief… a rigid based orthotic with corrective arch support would be optimal for my needs however I was provided with what seems like a run of the mill insole which could be purchased at any shoe store

Overall the staff were extremely warm, friendly, accommodating and professional.The very busy receptionist is highly efficient and bends over backwards to find appointment times that work for you.Podiatrist Ella went to great lengths to explain the procedures seeking consent to proceed as well as providing useful information to address my specific conditions that I could undertake at home. What was so good about this Podiatrist is that she is was ‘very present’, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through to move onto the next patient.I would highly recommend Podiatrist Ella and this Podiatrist practice as a ‘first choice ‘as it is ‘Gold Standard’ .

Was recommended to see Claire Wood there this morning.Found her to be probably the best podiatrist I have ever been to.She was very pleasant and really new what she was doing.Explained everything she was doing and why.Very impressed with the service.Would definitely make a return visit.The receptionist was very friendly as well a lovely lady to talk to.Very good service all round , would definitely recommend.

On time appointment. Courteous and helpful staff. Glen listened to my requests and we enjoyed some good banter while he was treating my feet. Receptionist was excellent.

Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you to the receptionist at the Caloundra location of Dan Everson Podiatry last Wednesday 21 July 2021. I am a new client and I really appreciate how she followed up access to xray&ultrasound scans I had done but which I did not have personal access to. I am on the merry-go-round of health professionals to find effective treatment for chronic heal pain. The Xray place doesn’t issue client with the scans. The GP can access the scans but doesn’t send the scan to the podiatrist or give a copy to the patient with the podiatrist referral. The podiatrist physio etc can access the scan images and report but only if they are registered with the Xray place. The Xray place could give me a copy of the report but not the images.

After suffering a painful infected toenail for weeks Claire got her instruments out and fixed it in a few painful minutes. Immediate relief and today almost completely better. Highly recommend

I presented with knee and leg pain. The orthotics built for me have had a considerable beneficial effect. We continue to modify and improve the performance of the insoles, now at six monthly intervals. The team at DFP Caloundra have been very helpful as well as professional and I value the ongoing relationship.
