Wow! What an amazing experience!As a regular gym goer, I'd worked up a few knots and tight spots in my body over the years. Paul was fantastic at establishing my areas concern, but as treatments progressed, he was able to pinpoint other spots and work through each one. He is knowledgeable, instilling confidence in his patients, and is gentle yet has the perfect amount of firm touch firm when needed.Never have I had a treatment as relieving as Paul's. I've nicknamed him Mr Magic Hands" as he truly works wonders on your body. Thanks for the magic!"

From the minute I walked in I felt relaxed and comfortable. The massage room has the most serene green leafy outlook which was extra peaceful. Paul is very professional and caring. He has a deep understanding of the human body which made his massage exceptional. He tailored the treatment to my injury which I haven’t received anywhereu else. Paul is an excellent therapist. He has a very thorough understanding and knowledge of the workings of the human body and is able to target problem areas with the appropriate therapy whether it’s cupping, dry needling or massage. Would recommend.

Highly recommend Paul. His knowledge of the anatomy and how to treat my problems is second to none. The combination of massage, needling and cupping has improved my symptoms immensely. Wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've found a therapist who knows what they're doing

I have been experiencing lower back pain for over a year that physiotherapy and remedial Thai massage did not seem to help. Paul new exactly where my underlining issues were coming from and released the tension and the pain in my legs and back. I am so happy I have my momentum back and can walk without stiffness. Very professional and friendly and highly recommendable.
