I rarely review companies, but Oscillosoft made an integration I desperatelyneeded in order for Zoho to function properly. Not only did it work exactly as needed, but their support is second to none. DREADFUL company - OscilloSoft was great a few years ago, but not anymore. I cannot get any support, no-one answers the phone or responds to emails. I was emailed, out of the blue, that they were no long hosting our app on their site. This is a business critical service for us. They have not made any attempt to rectify this, and on FOUR occasions when trying to connect their IT with my Tech, they have NOT joined the meetings even though it was their Zoom link. If someone from OscilloSoft could reach out to me - I may consider retracting this review.
