earLAB: Ear Wax Removal & Custom Ear Plugs

Walked in with an impacted ear, had extreme pain and discomfort and constant ringing in my ear for the whole morning. I had Olivia help me out and she was extremely helpful and so lovely and once my ear was cleared my mood lifted and my pain was gone. The procedure was fast and painless. Highly recommend this place :)

I honestly was smiling ear to ear walking out of this appointment, was so scared both of my ears had blocked up and she fixed me straight away within 20minutes I felt better than ever and my hearing is 10/10!! Thank you sooo much !!

I made a booking for a microsuction (my first time ever) and ear impression to purchase a set of custom earplugs. I am left almost speechless with just how great of a service I have received that I just had to share my first ever Google review.Everything has been absolutely amazing from initial conversations over the phone with Lisa in managing my booking and providing advice with the ordering process, Dominic who was so kind, supportive and patient with me during the appointment in answering all 101 of my different questions (and to still ask me at the end if I had any further questions, this really isn't service that you get to see too often anymore!) to Katrina from the front desk who was very friendly and approachable and was also able to assist with some further enquiries I had. Kat has also kept in frequent contact with me every step of the way throughout the ordering process for my earplugs.I can't thank the wonderful team at the Footscray branch enough for the way they've looked after me, this really is a prime example of a perfect business run well with a great team and wonderful customer service. The only other feedback I can share is that it took me a few moments to figure out where the entrance was because I couldn't find the signs :PPlease continue the amazing work and fantastic communications, I will be sure to recommend earLAB to any friends and families who needs your services. Super happy with the experience I got during my visit for an ear wax removal of my kid with Dr Lisa Wong. She was so friendly and professional in handling my 6 year old kid during the process.Very clean and neat place with friendly and welcoming staff (Michaela was there on my visit) at the reception too.Thank you again and I highly recommend this place!!!

After viewing all the excellent google reviews, I booked an appointment for my 14 year old son with Lisa. All the 5 star reviews are so well deserved, and all I can say is thank you so much to Lisa Wong, she is the absolute best!! A month ago I had taken my son to another ear suctioning clinic, and they could not clear his ears of the wax and he came out of session still unable to hear. After the other clinic had charged me full price, they gave me drops to put in, (which Lisa explained actually made the problem worse), and then asked me to come back again, (which they were going to charge for). I am so pleased I decided to investigate further and found the reviews for Lisa Wong and earLAB. She cleared his ears and he can now hear. My son and I are both so relieved that Lisa was able to resolve his issue. We will only ever go back to earLab now, and we are so grateful for the professional, friendly and kind service we received.

Very helpful and friendly, was in and out in 15 minutes with hearing so much better than it started that it was almost unreal. On top of it the doctor was asking all the time if I was feeling pain or uncomfortable, which was really appreciated. If you're having issues with an ear blockage go here! I have been to earLAB a few times over the last 3 years. I normally get Micro-suction done, but this time I also got Custom Earplugs for sleeping. They are AMAZING. They have saved so many petty fights over snoring with my partner and I would 100% recommend them.The team are all really helpful and responsive to any queries I have.I highly recommend earLAB for all your ear needs :)

Fantastic service. Had an impacted ear from an ongoing ear infection, lost most of my hearing in right ear as the eardrum was completely covered over. Two GP visits were a waste of time, and money and nothing was helping.Within 2 minutes of micro suction, my hearing was back and drum was visible. Massive relief and the entire process was pain free. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend enough the service provided by Lisa and Eleanor at EarLab. In the past few days, my child suffered severe ear pain with degraded hearing caused by blocked ear wax. We went to see GP twice without any effective treatment taking place. This Friday night, the earache became worse. I rang EarLab the next day (Saturday) morning and was lucky to be offered a timeslot previously booked and then cancelled by another patient. Lisa did a thorough check, tried several different options because of the complexity of our situation, then eventually pulled the problematic wax out. She is professional and patient, not to mention her high skills in dealing with such situations. The hearing is now back and the pain is gone. We were lucky to have this treatment promptly performed at EarLab.
