Had a clutch let go in my navara, had it dropped off on a tow truck and it was done in less than 24hrs. Excellent price and excellent service by the mechanics. I recommend everyone to this place as they've never let me down!

2007 6lt Ute blew the top connector called them, told right away drop it off we will sort it out no problem. (4pm)Next day 11am , Utes all sweet to pick up..(Cars kept inside overnight as well)Super clean workshop , no lies just straight up excellent service and motivated.Highly recommended!!

Very helpful. Were able to source a radiator we were unable to locate anywhere else then order it in from Sydney over night!

So far so good. Good service and honest and reliable. Gets the job done in the time frame specified. My issue is hard to diagnose so only time will tell. Well priced also.

I actually put up a review on their Facebook page in 2018 saying how great these guys are- but after my most recent service and repair I want to talk about it all over again.I can't emphasise enough how great the service was that I received. Andrew told me how long the repair would take and was able to get it done around my schedule. He always explains to me what is happening, costs and every other question I ever have.My car is now SO much less noisy. I actually can't believe it.I tell everyone to go here. If you're looking for a mechanic I pakenham- these guys are your people.

Great bloke Andrew always willing to help and do the the job professionally and asap. Will always come back and tell others, he will always be willing to fix anything that's his done if your not happy with and in most cases drop you home. I highly recommend him.

Can't recommend these guys, sorry. I don't often issue poor reviews but feel I should in this case. Showed up with an air-con problem - all they did was re-gas the car despite me advising that wasn't going to be the issue. I clearly outlined at the start what the issue was (air con works for 10 mins and then just blows uncooled air) - this was most assuredly outright ignored. Told it was fixed, I stupidly paid the money and drove off, only to have the same issue crop up 10 mins later of course. 1 day later, when complained about - was met with derision and outright hostility by (I assume) the mechanic - who then went into detail about how busy they were and couldn't possibly look again for another 1.5 weeks. Honestly, I'd never take it back to these guys again! Not much of a customer service ethos. I respect that sometimes issues aren't resolved immediately, but the problem I reported wasn't fixed (or even considered I don't believe), and the response around reviewing their work - less than poor. I would bet if I looked under the hood, there's no spanner or tool marks from checking the compressor or reviewing other air con parts - just a smudge where they attach the re-gassing hose. Buyer beware.
