These guys are great. I ordered a couple of t-shirts online, one wasn’t quite what I wanted and they sent me a replacement straightaway without any nagging, cost or drama. It’s obvious Noosa Longboards know how to treat customers right so check them out online or in person…you won’t regret it!

I live down on the Sydney Northern Beaches. I called the Noosa store to inquire on the Little Cove surfboard i had seen on the website. Ash and Fenna in-store we an absolute delight to deal with! There level of customer service was above and beyond! The most friendly and helpful experience to date - couldn't recommend more!

Digusting mannered middle aged woman staff member, judgement felt with every word and action made in the store. Would consider having kinder staff on front counter :)

We had 2 terrible experiences with surf tours when we arrived in Noosa Head. We decided to venture out on our own and rented a board from the shop.The owner was very knowledgeable and found just the right board for me. I then understood the magic of surfing Noosa Head. More than made up for the beginning surfing experiences.

Great customer service, I bought a t shirt and also a surfboard from Noosa Longboards on Hastings Street on my last trip to noosa. Kara was so very helpful organising shipping of the surf board interstate for me as I couldn't get it back on the plane with me. Great staff, Great shop, great place
