Visited a few day ago with a bracelet that had a loose clasp. I was doubtful in their ability to fix it due to my visit to another place that said they couldn't do anything about it, but sure enough I came back 30 minutes later and it was fixed. I also really appreciated the fact that they completed it free of charge. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

Bought a battery for my wife's watch - but the battery died after 2 hours.I was asked to bring it back in, which I did.They did some checks on the battery and replaced it without any fuss.Great hassle free service and very professional, Thanks guys I'll definitely be back! :)

He told me I need an Alfa Romeo key or it won’t work for long ! so I Paid in good faith $360 for him to reprogram an Alfa Romeo key! for it to stop working after one month ! He blamed the car and offered no further help and no refund , however Alfa Romeo reprogrammed it with the key he gave me for $150 ! Don’t take your keys to mister minute! He can’t fix it , Take it straight to the dealer

I have recently had issues with the battery of my car key so today i went and got the battery fixed, after getting my key back, the car was still unresponsive to the car. I went back to see what the issue was and they helped me by going to my car and reprogramming the key for me. Such a big help thank you

I lost my original remote suziki key. I rang suzuki for a quote. Then I went to Mr Minit whose quote was $150 cheaper than Suzuki. Although it's not a Suzuki remote shell, the new shell seems to do the job. Thank you....my new remote works!
