Pick 3 time from drive throw always give cold rice . I will never eat from here ... To the owner or manager, if you read my review don't reply me sorry or apologies.. i Don't need just fix your staff .best of luck

Food was decent but the attitude of the young kids out back was disgusting, touching meat with bare hands, taking gum out of mouth while making burritos, slapping each others ass’. Really unprofessional, management team needs to get in line.

I’m not even sure why anyone would think this is okay to give to a customer. It’s completely charred on both sides… Not the first incident I’ve had with this particular Zambreros either. Definitely needs better management and training.

I have gotten food poisoning twice from this restaurant, one of those it crooked me so bad I couldn’t appear on a massive day of my life. Almost 90% of my other orders have been wrong, over priced, cold, missing items, lazily put together, and I’ve even been lied too by the staff when asking them if they had made our order properly to double check before we drove home.They never get it right unless we are standing in front of them at the counter. Drive through and Uber eats you may as well toss some dice as to whether they’ll have the consideration to put together basic, yet overpriced, food properly.You’ll get better service from McDonald’s

Order at the store not through any delivery service.Whenever we order at the store the food is always correct. Whenever we order online it's always wrong. Not an overstatement. It's always made incorrectly.

Ordered on the app for pickup, paid extra for extra fillings, they had run out. Ordered corn chips, realised they forgot them when we got home. App said it was ready for pickup, when we got there they hadn’t started making it.

I thought I'd give yas another chance being so long since I last ordered and once again massive let down today. I'm in labour wanting my last meal before I head into hospital. You are missing the $2.50 Guacamole! Half a bowl of food, being a powerbowl no power to it mate. Paid extra FOR extra salsa. I didn't get. Paid extra for vegan cheese and got the tiniest spread. Never again. This is ridiculous. I Paid $24.50 for sweet F/A. I didn't order rice due to being gluten intolerant. I'm done. Never again. Yall used to be great, not worth it anymore. Over priced crapola

Have conservatively had the worse customer experience here it’s a joke. 15 minutes waiting in line with only 4 customers in-front staff don’t even pretend like they want to be there get regular nachos came with 12 Nacho chips would be embarrassed to run this shop

People on front were waiting over four minutes to be served while crew were messing around out back (in view of customers). When they were served most product needed to be grabbed from out back and it took a while for orders to be completed. Back of house crew were yelling and messing around loudly and one guy was touching his mouth and face between service. Food was alright I guess.
