Kerrie came across very professional. BUT ! She obviously wanted a quick sale and UNDERVALUED our property by over $130,000. When I questioned her and asked why she was so much less than 3 other Realestate agent's appraisals, she replied she didn't believe my house was worth that much and couldn't possibly sell it for that much more.Luckily we decided to go with Harcourt in Warragul and we ended up selling our home for $145,000 more than Kerrie quoted us.I would strongly discourage anyone from using Kerrie Ford.
