ZERO STARS. Complete archaic approach to online shopping and flat refusal to offer a refund. Incredibly disappointing and totally out of touch with online retail in 2020. Do not support this business.

My experience was absolutely delightful. Wonderful attentive staff. Nothing was a bother. I tried on numerous garments (and what a fabulous range they have) with so much to choose from. Not only did I get my dress but my outfit was completed with beautiful jewellery. I walked out one happy lady. Thankyou so much @something for me.

Just before closing time I was drawn to stop at this shops to look at the specials on the rack at the front door- lovely soft, warm jackets in subtle colours that encompassed a sense that a wearer would feel softly caressed whilst wearing the garment. In my mind they epitomized the word cuddles. Then to add further joy to the sensations triggered by this sight was the consideration and professionalism of staff member Loretta. This store is well worth further exploration both in person and online.

I have bought quite a few pieces online (latest addition was a beautiful black fluffy cardigan that i cant take off!!). Ordering and delivery has always been easy and super fast. Hopefully i can get visit in store soon!

Fantastic service by very friendly staff. Prices amazing making for a fabulous experience. I shop here regularly and usually repeat buy garments that are appropriate for my age.Annie has a great eye for detail and nothing is ever too much trouble for her customersI thoroughly recommend a visit to the store or go online to shop her amazing garments

Refuses to refund, top was poorly made, when returned was told no for a refund quite rudely, this was not a cheap top, I will never shop there again.

Its like walking into a very overcramped nanna's wardrobe. Didn't receive any acknowledgement/greeting when entering even thou I was the only one in there. The Ladies just continued nattering and gossiping between themselves.

I purchased a dress yesterday and as always I was blown away by the great service and friendly staff. They stock a huge range of affordable clothing and jewellery. I love all the on trend styles and colors. All the staff are refreshingly honest when you ask for their advice on sizing or suitability. I know I’m going to walk away with something that looks good and hasn’t blown the budget and that makes me feel good.
