Coached by Tori

I was coached by Tori for the 6 weeks leading up to my powerlifting competition, and it was such a great experience! I will be 100% getting her to do my nutrition for my next comp. Tori has excellent knowledge in her field, the weekly check in system was well put together, and she was always so encouraging, supportive and super quick with reply's! Would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight, get stronger, strive towards a performance goal, or even just learning more about living a healthier life style. Highly recommend Tori's services.
