I had the pleasure of speaking with Sindi and her team of customer service representative recently, and I must say I was blown away by their professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness. They really took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. I visited the store yesterday to buy Queen size bed, must say that I was impressed by extraordinary customer service provided by Khyati. She not only showed me all display beds present on the floor, she also advised me based on her experience what would be the best one to purchase. I appreciated her honest opinion, she was not at all pushy to sell the most expensive one. I highly recommend this furniture store, and would re-attend for my next purchase.

I read all the reviews below and totally understand the frustration and disappointment by most. In this changing and crazy world we live in were customer service integrity honesty and accountability is so rare and almost non existent.Today however I meet a young man (Joey)who went above and beyond. He dropped everything he was doing just to help me with a minor enquiry .Even though I was not purchasing anything (we bought in January) he was still extremely helpful. This has restored my hope that excellent customer service is still alive and kicking. The passion and zeal Joey demonstrated is something that can't be taught bought or fabricated its just in some people. This is how we should expect to be treated when wanting to part with some of our hard EARNED money right?

I stumbled upon this showroom that sells interesting pieces of furniture and other items to compliment your living space. I was greeted by this charming lady Khyati who introduced me to every section of the showroom. She patiently listened to my requirement and suggested the items that would best suit my needs. Her passion and enthusiasm was second to none and I could tell that she knows the showroom and products like the back of her hand.I must say that they have now acquired another loyal customer as I am going to return to buy more items anytime soon.The prices are affordable and the items are classy. I bought a product from prospects store. While installing I found the product was damaged. They have customer care form to report any issues with their products, which I did send on 3/3/23 with photos. In the form it says will get back to you in 3 days. Now 24 days gone no person has contacted me. I have send them an email no reply. When you ring the store at Prospect, Tamara asking do the form again. She never allows you to talk she talks over you. Someone need to teach her customer service. I asked for telephone number to speak to someone, she said we dont have telephone number, all by emails. They only good when the sale is happening. Be mindful before you buy any products from them after care is hopeless.
