Usually go here for their coffee and bacon and egg combo which is worth the money. Their other items taste great as well. They recently introduced these new blended drinks that taste alright, pretty sweet and the kitkat that goes on top seemed a bit off, but overall a nice addition.

A good choice if you're after decent coffee and a wide range of salads, wraps, baguettes, sandwiches and foccacias. During busy times, it can sometimes be difficult to place an order due to customers waiting around the counter area for their orders. Overall this store has a fresh & tasty selection of foods and good coffee which is consistent with other Soul Origin stores in the chain.

I ordered catering here and the customer service and organisation were not great at all. I ordered 2 weeks in advance to allow the staff to order what they needed for the day. However, when picking up they had not prepared the 2 boxes of sliders as they did not have buns. They did not call us beforehand to let us know but decided to tell us when we got there at 11:30. This meant we had to wait an additional 25 minutes so they could compensate the sliders for more wraps. We had to rush out as we needed the food for our event.We’ve been in twice after this incident to speak to the manager due to poor organisational skills and unsatisfactory customer service, however, no manager has been there to resolve this issue.

It takes quite a long while for them to make the bowls of food.But the food that I've had has more often than not been very tasty and worth the wait.

The chicken schnitzel in my sandwich had been sliced evenly in the middle to fill out the sandwich. So it appears you have a whole chicken schnitzel but you are actually paying for half . This is very disappointing as it feels like the sandwich is all bread. They have found a way to cheat the customer.

Simply amazing. Stopped by Soul Origin for a bite to eat at lunch time, ordered the chicken and sweet corn soup and a Soul Origin cold pressed apple juice.The soup was hot and tasty, plenty of juicy chicken pieces and lovely sweet corn. A+ DeliciousWould order again.The cold pressed apple juice was like biting into an apple, you could really taste the whole apple. Loved it.To top it off the staff member that served me was smiling and friendly. Well done!

This place is honestly so good. Always come here for salads and wraps. They always stuff the containers until they are completely full and can’t be closed which many stores don’t do. Plus they also run specials aswell which is a bonus. They should try not to reuse salad from previous days though because you can clearly tell what is fresh and what is not. But overall the place serves incredibly tasty food for a moderate price. Would recommend
