One Step Two Step
Bad experience. They send me a speechie. She didn't know how to play , teach, and interact. the whole session was me playing with my child. She did not even give me any feedback or strategy . in the 30 minutes session, she talked less than 5 times to my child. Didn't quite talk to me either. When she realised she can't get involved, she called it an observation session. I contacted the boss to make complaint however no response.

One Step Two Step
Fantastic! They have helped my son immensely. The staff we have seen have all been incredibly helpful wonderful people. My son doesn’t like new people at all usually but he connected with his OT and Speechie immediately.
