Amazing service, above and beyond all expectations. I was unable to wait for a particular product, however staff member offered to personally drop the item off to a work colleague, who lived in a neighbouring suberb. Very kind professional service.

Such an amazing business with even better staff. Needed a quick engraving and after a photo was sent of the finished product, I requested an addition ‘heart’ engraved on it. They did it that day, no issue! When I arrived my child was asleep so they bought it out to the car. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you Gala Trophies!

Went and got a piece of coated stainless steel engraved. Was told it had to be sand blasted and that there’s a chance the coating might chip. The piece turned out fantastic with zero chipping! Very friendly and professional, would recommend!
