Arko Furniture
Received letterbox and within weeks of installation the surface of the letterbox showed blistering in two areas. Contacted company and forwarded pictures of the flaws as requested. No follow up to my request for refund or replacement. Very disappointed with customer service- shame since it’s a cute but expensive item.
