Delivered my Travel PCR on Time. I had a same day result test booked at Heidelberg and i called to check and Tamara promised to keep a look out and to expect it by 6 or 7pm...at 5 Oclock i got a simulaneous phone call back and an email arrived. She was checking i got the email and wished me bon voyage, checking that all the details were correct on the certificate or they could fix that too. thanks alot to the team there. No 1 customer service, Highly recommend.

Cheerful and professionalFrom the gent who directed me, to the incredibly lovely woman who administered the test, very impressedObviously the end of another long day for them both, I still felt like more than just another patient. I really appreciated the effort to keep me at ease. Highly recommend, especially for anyone travelling overseas

I visited the drive thru covid testing in the carpark. It all happened quickly and with no problem. 5 stars. 6 stars if the test is negative. Good news. Test was negative.

My experience with the accounts team was terrible and i rarely give reviews like that cause I understand that some days are bad but going through the reviews about a male with an accent, it seems that this hasn't been resolved yet.The nurses were great but the experience to simply get an invoice receipt has and still is, difficult. Apparently there was a system issue that prevented an automated invoice to be sent a month ago, but without any courtesy calls or email notifications about it. Instead, we called back a few times for this to be resolved, which it hasnt. Honestly, how difficult is it to print/send an email copy of the invoice receipt?Either train him, fix his attitude or get rid of him. Cause dorevitch, this is my last time requesting for your services or paying your invoices. If you don't fix this issue with one rude fella ruining your reputation, then by hook or by crook, your business will be in trouble.

Useless! Went for a test and told once payment is made I will automatically get my Medicare rebate. That was BS. So now I’m chasing for an invoice copy showing I’ve paid it (I have paid these leeches) so I can manually claim with Medicare. Two calls for nothing done, now about to embark on the third. Absolute disgrace of a company who have zero customer service from their off shore based, so called, accounts department.

I wish I could give them less than one star. Did PCR test to travel overseas with same day result ($195). Had to cancel my flight 24 hours later and was stuck in Manila because they weren’t able to provide certificate for it. They managed to send a text saying it’s negative just after 5 hours of test. To travel overseas you need certificate not text.

Lucky to even give one star. This business sends reminders in another business name via a SMS with a link to click. Who clicks links in texts? They won't return calls and cant identify themselves as Dorevitch when they do call

They have repeatedly failed to send my wife's test results to an interstate specialist and won't even advise the customer of their lack of capability. I suggest customers seek alternative pathology services.

I have been trying to reach out to dorevitch in regards to my results not appearing on myhealth. I have been very disappointed with their customer service. I contacted them initially in September and still the issue is not fixed. I have emailed them again but don’t have any hope in getting this resolved.
