Dental Care at Carine

Quick and excellent service every time I go there, all the staff are friendly and welcoming from the admin staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have sent a few people there and have the same response from them also. Have been going for over 30 years to Rob and will continue to. Highly recommended!!!!

Haven't been to a dentist in 5 years but Wendy and Scott made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Highly recommend these guys especially if your dental experiences have not been positive. These guys are great.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but unfortunately I would not recommend or return for my family. They are a large practice and individual care seems to be lost. I attended for a basic check up and was informed I needed a procedure. Afterwards I had pain for months so returned in hope they could fix their error. I was charged for the pleasure, and still left in pain. Additionally, even after the discount for BUPA customers, they are still quite expensive compared to local dentists.

My son attended this practice yesterday. Exceptional professionalism, friendly and the dental practitioner’s manner exceeded expectation. He lowered the tension incredibly well for a wee lad about to lose a major fang! Great job!

I have been seeing Dr. Johnnie Lam for dental care for a while now, and I have always been impressed with his patience and listening skills. He always take the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate the fact that he never in a rush and are always patient with me, especially when it comes to explaining procedures or answering any questions I may haveThe quality of care I have received from Dr. Johnnie Lam has been top-notch, and I have always felt comfortable and confident in his expertise. The staff at the clinic are also very friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone in need of dental care, especially those who appreciate a dentist who is always patient and listens.

Scott Minson is an excellent dentist who always give me all the available options and tends to be conservative. Amazingly pain free treatments.

I went in to fix a simple filling and was asked “while you’re here, can I have a quick look around?”. This effectively double the cost of my consult which to be honest, was already very expensive. X-rays were shoved into my mouth and I was charged for keeping photographic records. $235 (excl pvt health rebate) ended up being $462. Don’t answer yes to anything without them telling you how much it’ll cost. Surely there is a legal obligation to let patients know that there is additional costs to “a quick look around”?! Not happy!

Rob and his team have been attending to my dental requirements for 20 odd years! First class in every way and an absolute credit to the profession. I would not hesitate to recommend to both children and adults and all sooks like me !
