The most wonderfully welcoming wonderland I have ever shopped in! Couldnt believe how many treasures there were to be found, for any kind of occasion or character. Without a doubt my absolute FAVOURITE shop in Cairns and is always the best shopping experience because the staff are just GORGEOUS. ALWAYS. Couldnt more highly recommend.

Best little shop in Cairns for handmade, bespoke items. The ladies there are very lovely, always take my guests there, and always bought stuffs there to give to my dearest people. I think the price is pretty fair, since most of it are limited handcrafted pieces...

What a great service! Wow! My friend bought earrings in this shop, but back home one of the earrings broke. I decided to email the shop for a solution. And wow Kirsty sended the earrings to us (to the Netherlands) for free. Super Nice. With a really sweet personal card. If you are in Cairns, please visit this shop. They deserve it! Brilliant little shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of locally made earrings, brooches, and soaps as well as cards, books, pins, coasters and beautiful crocheted toys - like a crocheted sushi set! They also stock Erstwilder brooches and they offer free gift wrapping. Perfect place to find a unique gift or souvenir. Love!

Malin Whoopee is Cairns’ greatest gift shop. The colourful, shiny & totally unique stock is almost as wonderful as the lovely ladies that will serve you. Everything is made and packaged with love and I could not recommend highly enough when visiting cairns! Personal favourites: the book selection, earrings (oh god the earrings!!!!) and the soft home furnishings.

Makin Whoopee has an amazing range of arts and crafts made from local artisans. The arts go from floor to ceiling and on tables.Cairns and surrounds has some fantastic artists and it's great to see them supported.Totally worth a look if you're looking around cairns!

This store is an absolute must visit in Cairns! Not only do they have incredible, beautiful and super random quirky things but they also have the most incredible customer service I’ve experienced! Always greeted with a smile, always up for a chat and always so so helpful.
