Took my Prado for a wheel alignment which required a little extra work on one side and I was correctly advised about excessive wear on front which led me to having a new set of tyres fitted. I rang Pro-Axle and they advised me to bring vehicle back for an alignment check and centre steering wheel if required. Took vehicle in and all necessary checks were carried out with no out of pocket costs.Very happy with attention to detail and professional attitude.Thanks Guys

Overall the guys were easy to deal with and the wheel alignment and cv boot replacement was done well. The actual tracking of the 100 series is great and price was good.But advice to the staff and the public as my vehicle was left there overnight and obviously unlocked in the car park I had a $300 pair of Ray Bans stolen from the centre console so a good experience has turned into an undesirable experience.I have contacted the manager on site to let him know but I seriously doubt that a thief would return something that he has stolen, so a reasonable priced wheel alignment has turned into a $550 + alignment which makes it hard to swallow!

I pulled into the driveway and almost instantly was greeted by a tall fella, he asked if she pulled left on the highway. He knew the issue instantly.They tried one of a few fixes and when tested it was way better but not perfect.The boys then said to come back and rebook as they wanna get it PERFECT before they charge me anything.They are knowledgeable, professional and I can't fault there works.Recccomend to everyone.
